Biedermeier in Eltville
The town Eltville is closely connected to the Biedermeier period. You can see signs of it all over the place - there is even a Biedermeier Club.During summer members or friends of the club dress up in the traditional Biedermeier costumes and hold a little parade during the sparkling wine festival (this tradition was introduced 1935).
