That is very interesting. I have never heard of this process but it sounds like a fun and funny idea. I'll have to send this to my nieces! They'll love it.
we're crazy about ice-cream too this summer to the heatwave...found the best ice-cream parlor/maker close to my shop, so I'll take you there when you come ;-) yum...
when i see the title is no way to mixed those things together:-P but just for a look i will give a try...they look like spaghetti...very creative!

Spaghetti ice cream??? Apart from the initial mental images of actual spaghetti being lathered all over an ice cream flavour the concept kinda grows on the taste buds. Unfortunately we don't have this sort of flavoured ice cream in Aotearoa.
Warning, very food is bad.
