Entrance to Brentanohaus in Winkel

The Brentanohaus in Winkel is home to the family "von Brentano", who in former times hosted guests like Johann Wolfgang von Goethe or the brothers Grimm. Some of the rooms in the house are still representing the feeling of that time.

The inscription above the door says "Geh fröhlich ein. Geh fröhlich aus. Und find Dein Heim in diesem Haus", meaning "enter happily and leave happily, and find your home in this house".

Nicola, cool snap, why not try playing with the curve tool on this shot. Or you can take the easy way out and add a littl bit of contrast to the shot. How does it look now? Should give the shot a little bit of depth :)

I love the welcome above the door, and the shutters and the flowers spilling over the railing!! I would feel at home there!
